Nordic winter style inspiration - editorial edition

Helsinki, 3 degrees

We need houses as we need clothes, architecture stimulates fashion. It’s like hunger and thirst — you need them both.

Despite the fact that we are actually experiencing exceptionally warm plus degrees this week in Helsinki, the weather forecasts are telling me that we'll be back to wintry minus degrees already next week. To finalize my series of Nordic winter clothing inspiration, I thought I would share some of the stunning editorials I've found online. Editorials are always quite dreamy as each detail is thought through to perfection. I hardly ever pick up a women's magazine nowadays as style blogs function as my primary source of inspiration.

Vaikka tällä viikolla olemme kokeneet plussa-asteista, märkää ja varsin liukasta keliä Helsingissä, sääennusteiden mukaan ensi viikolla tutut miinusasteet ja talvinen sää palaa kaupunkiin. Päättääkseni talvi-inspiraatioblogikirjoitussarjani, halusin jakaa upeita inspiraatiokuvia joita olin löytänyt lehdistä. Lehtiartkikkeleiden kuvat ovat aina unenomaisia koska jokaista yksityiskohtaa on tarkkaan mietitty. En itse enää lue paljon naistenlehtiä koska haen inspiraatiota enimmäkseen blogeista.

  3. women's magazines? nope, I don't read those and haven't bought any in a long time. but I do love the feeling you get when you read a real magazine made of paper so I bought one a couple of weeks ago. it's in my new post too :) oh and when it comes to editorials I rarely come across those, very rarely. I like the second look here in your post by the way.
