15 questions for New Year reflection

Helsinki, 5 degrees

For last year's words belong to last year's language, and next year's words await another voice.

Still plus degrees in Helsinki. I read today that there hasn't been one winter this warm in 50 years in Sweden, and I think it must be something similar in Finland. Snow isn't that important to me anymore since we already had a snow-free Christmas, but winter in Helsinki just isn't the same without snow. It makes my mind believe that it's spring already.

However, I found nice questions for new year's reflection on MindBodyGreen, and I thought I would share with you readers the ones that struck me the most.

11. How well did I take care of my body, mind, and soul?
This feels like one of the first years I've reflected on myself as a whole. One of the biggest realizations for me this year was that I should eat only what feels right.

Old insecurities.

Maybe it's not a new habit, but I would like to give myself more time to be creative and reflect on things.

Even though it's still Dressember, I would like to introduce an outfit with black pants and a black and white lace top that I wore in late November.
