Trend alert: Black and white prints

Helsinki, 18 degrees

There is an eternal landscape, a geography of the soul; we search for its outlines all our lives.

This cloudy Monday started with an obligatory smoothie. Lately, I've noticed that coffee and smoothies can kickstart any day! Do you share my obsession of smoothies?

As I've mentioned before, patterns have been on my mind for some time now. So when I stumbled upon this black and white dress which makes me think both of Asian art and wintry landscapes, I had to get my hands on it!

What kind of patterns do you like - symmetrical, floral or prints?

What's your opinion?

  3. hey, Elisabeth! of course you can copy the dragonfly photo if you like it (maybe you noticed I have actually marked all photos taken by me. just in case, you know :)
btw, the pattern of your dress is a pretty crazy one, it definitely reminds of Asian art. I also think the dress would look spectacular when combined with some happy colours. a necklace maybe? ;)
I actually like all kinds of patterns but the item must be right for the pattern. and my mood must be right as well.
